Refund Policy
At Susmita Nursery, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive a product that is defective or different from the one displayed on our site, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below:
- Return Timeframe: You have 3 to 4 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with the product seal intact.
- Return Conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Products that are sold as part of a combo or set must be returned in full (individual items cannot be returned separately).
- Returns are not accepted if the product seal is broken.
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 4-5 working days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product received is defective or not as per your expectations, please notify our customer service within 3 days of receiving the item. Our team will review your request and guide you on the next steps.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes orders may need to be canceled. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as customer-friendly as possible, with the following conditions:
- Immediate Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order. Once the order is processed or the shipping process has begun, cancellation requests will no longer be entertained.
- Non-Cancelable Orders: Orders that have been communicated for shipment or have already begun the shipping process cannot be canceled.
- Non-Refundable Products: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products where the seal has been broken.
- Combo Products: Products sold as part of a combo offer cannot be returned individually. The entire combo must be returned for a refund.
